Place Records

Terms and Conditions:

1. Non-refundable set up fee ($20) due before initial recording.

2. Remainder of balance is due at pick up of session or completed project.

3. Any client reserving a recording block is required to pay 50% of the balance prior the scheduled session. Please note that all Pro Tools Discs, Dats, & Hard Drives will remain on Place Records premises until the balance is paid in full.

4. No Refunds. The project is thoroughly reviewed by an engineer AND the artist for final adjustments before it leaves the studio.

5. Place Records is in no way responsible for the use of the work completed here once it leaves the studio.

6. It is recommended that the artist purchase a small hard drive (available in-house) to store personal sessions. Place Records backs up all sessions, but is not responsible for missing data or long-term storage.

7. All packages are upgradeable up to 5 business days after initial payment is made. After this, you must proceed with normal pricing.
